REMINDERS:
As the end of the year quickly approaches we have a few reminders and requests of you!
1. This Thursday, June 18th is the Duck Release Field Trip. Students will be fed a pizza lunch which is provided free of charge. If your child does not want pizza, please pack them another lunch. Volunteers please be at the school for 9:30am, the bus leaves at 9:45am.
2. The school is having a practice evacuation on Tuesday, June 23 @1:30pm. We need 2 more volunteers to walk with EACH class. Please email Ms. Goodwin if you are able to help out.
3. Thursday, June 25th is the Fairy Tale Ball! Students are to dress up as their favorite fairy tale character. We are asking for parents to provide snacks, i.e. fruit, treats(non messy), cheese and crackers. So far we just have veggies! Please email Ms. Goodwin with which snack you’d like to provide. (NUT FREE PLEASE). Please send the snacks in the morning and Ms. Goodwin will put them in the fridge if needed.
4. Friday, June 26th is our last day and Evergreen is having our very own Tough Mudder (minus the mud!). We are looking for volunteers to help with the set up, take down and operation of the obstacle course. You can volunteer anytime between 7:45-10:45am. Please email Ms. Goodwin if you are able to help out.
Lastly, thank you to all the parent volunteers who have helped out this year! Without you, our kids couldn’t participate in all the fun activities!
