It is that time of year again to start going through your child's toys and books. The grade 2s will be hosting a TOY AND BOOK SALE to support Stephen's Backpack Society on December 3, 2015 for the entire day. Please send in any gently used toys and/or books starting on December 1. The items may be brought to any grade 2 classroom or dropped off at the office. We will also take cash donations.
All of the money raised this year will be used to purchase backpacks filled with items liked books, toothbrushes, and toys for children that live on the streets in Calgary. For more information about this program please go to the Stephen's Backpack Society at http://www.stephensbackpacks.com.
