Did you know? You can build a bumblebee home from a tin can and straws. This can help our bees to have a safe place to live. Ms. Keir made one to put in her tree and we want to try it too.
Today:
-we started a new morning math message called Eyes on Math. We are shown a visual and have to really think to answer the question. Today our question was about place value and how numbers can have the same numerals, but have a different value. For example, 123, 213, 321
-we worked on a creative journal page about Bar U Ranch. We had to come up with at least 4 things we learned at Bar U. We illustrated what we learned.
-some of us had gym with Miss Tennis.
-we went to the learning commons to learn about the Summer Read Program at the Public Library.
-we had silent reading.
-we had Social Studies all afternoon. Mrs. Byciuk's class made igloos with marshmallows with Ms. Keir. They wrote about what they see from the igloo. They learned about how much things cost up north.Ms. Keir's class was Mrs. Goodwin all afternoon. Ask me what I did.
