-we changed subtraction sentences into addition sentences in math message.
-we got new writing books that we will be putting our best work into. Mrs. Byciuk showed us the book "Hank Finds An Egg". It is a book with only pictures. We will be writing the story to go along with it. We reviewed the 6 good first impressions. We wrote the beginning of the story and drew our first illustration. We will continue to write pieces of the story over the next couple of weeks.

-we reviewed the strategies for solving double digit addition questions. Mrs. Byciuk showed us the "traditional" way the most of our parents use. We will have the choice of what strategy works best for us.
