Hi families and Happy Friday! We began our day by reading The Land of Stories. What wishing spell item did the twins find? Who did they meet in the thorn bush pit? Who do they now need to go and visit? Then we had science and continued to explore animals. We worked on writing facts about different animals and, next week, we are going to sort them by different characteristics and classifications. Ask me which animals I wrote about! Then we had gym and snack. What did we do in gym today? At the end of the day we had ketchup. What activities were you working on? Did you get any free time? It was a great day, have a wonderful weekend!

EVERGREEN FOR ALS
Our school is participating in a community walk to support the ALS Society of Alberta on Thursday, June 1, 2017. This is a cause that has directly impacted our school this year. Approximately 3 000 Canadians live with ALS. There is no known cause or cure for this devastating disease - yet.
All proceeds from our walk will stay in Alberta to make each day the best possible day for people living with and affected by ALS. Please use the link below if you would like to make an online donation. Our School ALS Donation Page with the ALS Society of Alberta: EVERGREEN FOR ALS. We thank you for your support!
